St Michael's B&B terms and conditions are as follows:
Prices are shown per room, per night and are inclusive of breakfast for 2 persons and parking for 1 car. The single occupancy rate applicable to all rooms is a £10 reduction on the standard double room price.
A minimum of 3 nights is preferred for bookings in the peak holiday season.
We regret that we are unable to accept children under 12 years old. We are also unable to accommodate pets.
At St Michael's we operate a strict 'No Smoking' policy in the building and car park.
Reservations cannot be guaranteed without pre-payment or receipt of an agreed deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable and will be priced at the cost of the first night's accommodation for each room booked, (typically £85), with the full balance being payable on departure.
For stays of one night, full payment is required on booking.
Although we aim to ensure you will be accommodated in the room of your choice specific rooms are not guaranteed and may be occasionally changed for a similar room of the same quality and value.
In the event of cancellation/curtailment every attempt will be made to re-let the holiday. However in line with industry standards where a room is not re-let we operate the following policy:
Cancellations will be charged as follows:
Within 14 days of arrival: 25% of reservation value (or first night's accommodation (whichever is higher).
Within 48 hours of arrival: 50% of reservation value (or first night's accommodation (whichever is higher).
Within 24 hours 100% of reservation value (or first night's accommodation (whichever is higher).
If we are able to successfully re-let the whole of your booking we will refund your deposit minus a £10 per room admin fee.
The excess of the cancellation charge payable as above, (over any deposit charged), is payable on cancellation.
We strongly recommend that guests purchase Travel Insurance, as you may be able to reclaim the cancellation charges if the circumstances fall within your insurers criteria.
